Professionalism in creative industries
Generally, a person who is considered a professional, is a person who is able to deliver prestine product in a limited amount of time and resources. That is why in creative industries, you have to be a professional at what you do since people are hungry for interactive art. And if you dont deliver in time and with sophisticated quality, you will not manage to be in the industry for long.
But wont that mean that the personel of a company constantly change? To some extent yes. For example the unfortuante video game CyberPunk 2077, it has been in development since around early 2013 but when it released, it failed massively. Lots of accusations, refunds and problems with investors arised. That happened due to constant change in literally everything, from level designers to the management to the funding. So to prevent such serious problems and headaches, you need to make sure that the personel and the documentation is ready before starting any type of work.
In IT, there are strict code of conducts. Espescially in terms of harrasment and worker salary, since for the last decade, the industry has had a lot of loud accusations to the management of big companies (Blizzard, EA just to name a few) have had immense problems and a lot court sessions because of harrasment and people not being paid even though the workers over-worked to the point of being depressed and burntout.
Also IT hacking area, there are Grey,Red,Black and White hat hackers. All of them (Except for Black hat) have their own limitations depending on where they work. E.g Grey hats are almost like white hats but occassionally, they can do something illegal. Whereas Red hats do illegal operation for the government (NSA's elite hacker team).
Most if not all companies are based on respect to each others work. Otherwise if a company doesnt respect the client or if a manager does not respect the worker, there is high probability that the company will simply fail and not many companies (Apart from some multi-billion dollar companies) are willing to be in bad relations with someone. Just to put simply, people dont argue to decrease the chance of failure. But reputation also matters, since sometimes you can get into a little argument (not too heated, preferably not going) to increase your profit by some margin.
